Getting started

Create a minimal project and understand the compile → plan → apply lifecycle.

A Passerel project is a directory of declarative objects plus project configuration. Start small: one mission, one agent and the resources it needs.

1. Create the project

passerel init acme-workforce
cd acme-workforce

A project groups domain objects under version control.

2. Declare a mission

3. Compile and plan

passerel compile
passerel plan --target dev

Compilation resolves and validates the project. Planning shows the proposed change before it is applied.

4. Apply

passerel apply --target dev

The control plane reconciles the desired state and records the resulting applied state.
