Control plane

The control plane owns compilation, planning, apply and canonical applied state.

Data plane

The data plane handles runtime execution and the services used by running workforces.

Adapters

Provider, observability, memory, resource, artifact and harness integrations sit behind explicit ports so the core remains independent from vendor SDKs.
